Because we offer a service instead of a physical product, it is important that you understand what it is you are buying and what you will receive.

Before an order is placed, Please do the following:

1. READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION & PROCESS of the listing you are purchasing.
2. Review the Terms and Conditions.
3. Check our shop announcements for current processing times.

It is so important for your own piece of mind that you are fully aware of what you are purchasing. By making a purchase at our website, you are stating that you understand the process, the service being offered, and the timeline and you AGREE to the terms and conditions of WeareCreatives.

Returns and Exchange Details

Yes, We do offer 100% Refund* if you are not satisfied with the initial designs.
“WE WILL NOT ISSUE ANY REFUND, ONCE YOU HAVE ASKED FOR REVISIONS ON ANY DESIGN OR SELECTED THE DESIGN.”

RUSH ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

We try our best to be as clear as we can in our listings as to what you are getting and what it is we do.

We have 30 business days to finalize the project together. If you become inactive without notice, after the 30 business days it will be considered abandoned and completed, no refund/work will be due.

*PayPal Fee and Taxes (if any) will be deducted from the original amount paid.

Payment

Payment is required prior to starting work on designs.
We accept payment by Debit or Credit Cards via PayPal only.

All design services will be performed AFTER a purchase is made and the payment is received. We DO NOT do previews before purchase.

Delivery & Shipping Cost

We send design files Digitally via emails, so there are NO shipping costs.

Additional Policies and FAQs

TIMEFRAMES:
Unless stated otherwise in our shop greeting (i.e. vacations, high volume of work),
Our response time for Questionnaire is 24hrs and for initial design concepts is 4-5 business days after receiving and reviewing the answers and 1-2 business days for the revisions.

APPROVALS/ACCURACY:
It is your responsibility to proofread and make sure that all the information on your designs are correct and how you exactly want them. Your final approval is your authorization that the files are accurate and meet your requirements before we release final files to you.

FONTS:
We do not supply fonts with the artwork as they are our property. Upon request, we will supply you with the names of any fonts used in your project (many but not all of our fonts can be downloaded for free).

 RUSH ORDER:

In Rush Orders, we will send the questionnaire within 24hours and Initial concepts in 1-2 business days and Revisions if any will be in 1-2 business days.

We are entitled to cancel the Rush Order any time before starting the project and Once the project is started, No Refund will be issued in any circumstances.
