When will the work on my logo design project start?As soon as we receive the payment from your side, the work on your logo design project will commence.
When will I get the questionnaire of logo design?The questionnaire will be emailed to you within 24 hours after your purchase.
What is the turnaround time for logo design?The initial drafts will be provided within 4-5 business days after receiving and reviewing the answers and 1-2 business days for revisions (if any).
How many times can I ask for revisions?Unlimited! As many times as you want! We will keep revising the selected logo design until you are completely satisfied, as customer satisfaction is our motto.
What if I am not satisfied with any of the initial designs?We will ask for some additional information from you and will work on the designs again.
What are the formats in which I will receive the selected final logo?You will receive the final logo in various formats including cdr, eps, ai, pdf, png and jpeg.
How will you send the final logo formats?You will receive these formats via email.
What do you mean by custom illustration logo?Custom illustration logos are the ones which require any handmade custom sketch of a character or pet or any image. You can drop us a message to get the quote.
Is there any hidden Cost involved?As we believe in transparency with our customers, so there is no hidden cost involved.
What is included in the Business Card Design package?This package includes 3 unique designs of business card (both front and back) to choose from.
What is included in the Corporate Stationery Design package?This package includes your letterhead, business card and envelop designs.
Is logo design also included in Business Card Design and Corporate Stationary Design packages?No. But we have different packages for that namely “logo+business card” and “logo+stationary” . Or else, you can also have your logo separately designed.
What will you provide in your Print Design Service?In Print Design Service we offer Poster design, Brochure design, Flyer design, Post Card design, Label design, Packaging Design etc.
Does Print Design Service also offer logo design?No. It doesn’t include logo design. You have to buy the logo design package separately.
When will the work on our Stationary or Print Design project start?When we will receive the payment, immediately we will begin the work.
When will you provide the stationary or print design questionnaire?Soon after receiving payment, questionnaire will be sent to your email. It usually happens within 24 hours!

What is the time period involved in creating the website?The amount of time it takes to create a completely functional website depends on several factors.Customized designing part can take anywhere from 1 – 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the number of revisions required. The development part requires an additional time of 1 – 6 weeks, depending on the number of pages, and the functionality required.
What will be the estimated/average cost involved in creating a website?It is difficult to mention an average price, due to the enormous variety in requirements for a site. Our basic website plan starts from $399 USD and e-commerce website plan starts from $499 USD. There are many different factors that influence the ultimate cost of a given website. You can discuss your requirements with us, and we will quote you likewise.
What kind of platform do you support?We specialize in WordPress and for e-commerce, we use woo commerce.
Can I view my website while it is in the creation process?Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. We build your website on our development server and provide you with a link so that you can monitor your website’s progress. During this period, we would like to receive your feedback if something isn’t going according to the way you envisioned it or if you change your mind. Once your site is ready and you have provided your approval, we release it live on your server and submit your URL.
How many changes can I ask for without any additional cost?We provide as much room for improvement as possible. After you approve the general format of your preferred design you will get 2 major revision rounds without additional cost. All the minor revisions are provided free of cost.
We are a very small company with a limited budget. Do you offer any low-cost website design?We do come across such requests very often. We have a standardized package of $399 USD for a completely responsive website.
What is required in setting up an e-commerce website?Firstly you will need a design for your website and some general elements (like contact form). For a standardized e-commerce website, you will require some additional components like an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, a merchant account, a payment gateway, a back-end database for processing orders and storing customer information, and a shopping cart solution.
Can I use PayPal for the payment process since I am selling only a few products?Yes. If you only have a handful of products, you can use PayPal for payment processing. However, your customers will be directed to PayPal’s site while placing an order. Also, as your sales grow, it will become more economical to switch to a standard merchant plan.
